Crabwall Manor Hotel in Chester

Crabwall Manor Hotel Chester

William the Conqueror gave the Crabwall Manor estate to his nephew in 1077. It was old then! In 1600 it got its fine red brick frontage, but, like all ancient buildings it’s been modernised, which means some of the building is only 18th century! So come and stay and see how the other half lived. Wallow in the wonderful new swimming pool and tuck in to great food in the Conservatory Restaurant, winner of many awards over the years.

You may not have a lawn like Crabwall’s but then you probably haven’t been cutting it for 400 years! Only age brings genuine maturity and you can feel the tranquillity, as if it were wafting through the ancient walls.

This is a really lovely setting for important conferences and meetings and if you can spare a couple of days, it’s a great setting for exploring the wonders of Chester and its countryside.
